Up & Down.

Ma la grandezza dell’atleta non va di pari passo con i gusti musicali: “His favorite artist is Eminem, but he’s also been rockin’ Skrillex’ remix of Nero’s ‘Promises’ and Steve Aoki and Afrojack’s ‘No Beef.’. NBC reported that he listened to the later just before Saturday night’s 4×100-meter medley relay – which he won, of course”.

Buona lettura. Johnny Jewel Padgett from Chromatics stole my song The Magician and released it under the name Symmetry. He re-recorded and took my version off the After Dark 2 compilation. The Magician was easily the most popular song on the compilation. It was used in movies, fashion campaigns and tv commercials. The song made a lot of money. When I left Italians do it better (by my own doing) he tried to wipe any evidence of me from the label. He deleted the Capricorn Rising lp (still available thru my new label 2MR), and he deleted all the videos off YouTube. He then had his managed Alexis Rivera delete all evidence of me from the IDIB Wikipedia. We later added it back. Then Johnny and Alexis attempted to enter my gmail account and Facebook account in order to try to remove what I wrote about them. https://t.co/bPvzzPIAHS this shows the history of the label from day one. When it was a label releasing mix cdrs. Johnny didn’t invent shit. I was left with the bill. He has his accountant send me a threatening email when I asked to get paid. the email his accountant mentioned my “wife” by name (I’m not married), her job, my parents address , and other personal information. This was all an attempt to scare me and keep me away. The email is available if anyone wants to see it. Along the way he told all his band mates and wife not to take my calls. His threats are sad and sneaky. And his bullying through lawyers and accountants does nothing but make me steadfast in telling the truth. When I sent him the song he told me he wanted to add some instrumentation to give it “the Johnny jewel shimmer”. (His words). He added instruments to all the tracks on there so they all sound the same. My version was dirty, grimy and amateurish. One last thing – check out mr padgetts pitchfork article where he claims he starred the label. Dude is such a wannabe.

* Frank Ocean torna con due “album”. Le uscite vengono svelate con i soliti confusi, frastagliati, stucchevoli indizi social. La parola visual abusata. Pre-ascolti, zine allegate (destinate ai pop up store), video solo su, frizzi, lazzi…

To Self Destruct’. Il frontman della band americana Kirk Windstein ce lo ricorda molto chiaramente: “This is Kirk…In all fairness, after touring with the mighty Metallica, while in DOWN…I know the fellas know who CROWBAR is…however, i seriously doubt that any member of Metallica stole this idea from us. Maybe the artist? Anyway you slice it…it’s a cool cover idea!!! Now James and Lars, go listen to ODD FELLOWS REST!!! lol”.

crow* La storia parla chiaro. Su IlGiornale.it rivelazioni bomba su David Bowie: Banditi, magia, nazismo Quando Bowie cantava capolavori ma era fuori controllo.

* John Lydon viene preso a bottigliate durante un concerto in Cile con i suoi PIL. Stoicamente continua come se nulla fosse accaduto.

* James Woolley (NIN).

* Un regalo speciale per i suoi primi 90 anni. La città di San Francisco celebra Tony Bennett con una statua in bronzo posta all’esterno del Fairmont Hotel.

* “Following the destruction and loss caused by torrential rains in Louisiana over the last week, U.S. pop star Taylor Swift has announced she’ll be donating $1 million USD to help with flood relief”. Brava piccola Taylor.

* Phil Anselmo intervistato dalla combriccola Little Punk People rivela il nuovo album dei Superjoint Ritual. Tutto molto divertente.

* Ancora un UP per Ringo Starr da poco diventato bisnonno. Tatia Starkey (figlia di Zak) il 14 agosto ha infatti dato il benvenuto al piccolo Stone Zakamo Low.

* Preston Hubbard (The Fabulous Thunderbirds).

* Matt Roberts (3 Doors Down).

* Tom Searle (Architects).

* Gli auguri di Iman alla figlia Lexi (Alexandria) che ha compiuto 16 anni. “Happy sweet 16th birthday to my baby girl Lexi! Stay sweet “Classy with a hint of sassy” #selfportrait #LexiLove”.
