DJ Rashad – RIP

827

These sparking satellites all remain in their respective groove’s orbit, making Double Cup footwork’s most sensible and revisit-worthy album to date”). Recentemente aveva invece pubblicato il nuovo EP ‘We On 1’.

“Authorities have confirmed Rashad’s death this afternoon. He was found unresponsive by a friend in his apartment on West 21st Street on the Lower East Side of Chicago. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:50PM. He was found with both narcotics and paraphernalia near his body. I’m hearing some very disturbing news I need a confirmation about… DJ Rashad passed away. R.I.P. to my long time friend DJ Rashad. Great friend & producer. I loved all the music we released over the years. U will be missed!).

Kode9: “broken hearted”.

Chance The Rapper: “Music lost a legend today. And he was my friend. Love you DJ Rashad. RIP”

FaltyDL: “Rip DJ Rashad. Such a incredible musical force…”

How To Dress Well: “Cannot believe this news abt dj rashad. what a legend”
